HOPE Roars Day - October 9, 2026
The City of Tyler has officially declared October 9 as HOPE Roars Day, a day for our community to stand together and make one message unmistakably clear:
OUR KIDS ARE NOT FOR SALE.
October 9th
On October 9, For the Silent is inviting individuals, businesses, churches, schools, organizations, and community leaders across Tyler to ROAR with us by purchasing and wearing the official HOPE Roars Day shirt.
Wearing the shirt is more than wearing a T-shirt. It is a public declaration that our community will not tolerate the grooming, exploitation, or trafficking of children and that we are willing to learn how to protect them.
When someone joins HOPE Roars Day, they are also helping For the Silent equip children to recognize when something doesn't feel right, give voice to what they are experiencing, and reach a safe adult for help. They are helping equip adults throughout our community to recognize red flags and know what to do when they see them.
This grassroots movement is being spearheaded by three local community leaders
