Candace Foster
"I live in Whitehouse with my family of 6. I am married to Casey Foster and we have 4 children, Cade, Keeley, Cameron and Kallan. We also have two dogs, Woodrow and Gus. We attend Grace Community Church on Old Jacksonville and are very involved in our small group. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in 2008. I have worked at Broadway Square Mall for 11 years as their Director of Marketing and Business Development. I love being able to connect with our community through events and partnerships at the mall. Besides running children to and from their activities I enjoy playing pickleball, traveling, and connecting with people. I have lived in the Tyler area since 2008 and love its rich history, family values, and kind people."
A fun fact about me
"I have 11 brothers and sisters and 16 nieces and nephews."
Why I feel inspired to be a Woman Of Hope
"I was raised in a loving, tight knit, Christian family. I have been blessed with a safety net of love. I feel inspired to be a Woman of Hope to fill in the gap. I hope to tell others that they were made in the image of God and their value far exceeds the evil of this world. I want to show love and hope to our community and light the way for others to reach out and help their neighbors."
Community Involvement:
"I enjoy volunteering with the Visit Tyler Travel and Tourism Committee and Tyler Young Professional Network. I work with the Chamber of Commerce through Broadway Square Mall. The Muscular Dystrophy Association is also near and dear to my heart as I was a summer camp counselor through high school and college and then worked for the Tyler MDA office for 4 years."
